Hello, I Feel A Pain In My Throat. I Feel

Hello, I feel a pain in my throat. I feel the need to cough out something but hardly any mucous comes out. Also, I'm starting to feel pain in my back. My voice is very hoarse and gets worse when I talk slot more. My nose is stuffy and my ears feel a bit StuffIt too(not that much) when I breath in with my mouth open I don't feel anything but when I breath out I feel a bit of pain.
