Hello, I Feel Like I Can't Breathe Properly. I Am

Hello, I feel like i can't breathe properly. I am not sure if it is because of the paint that I used 3 days ago for my car bumper as I also experienced this the last week when I was at the gym (before using the paint). I have the feeling that my lungs are not filling properly with air or something like that. I don't have other symptoms like headaches or dizziness so i don't know what it could be...
