Hello, I Feel Pain In My Left Penis Ball Sometimes

Hello,

I feel pain in my left penis ball sometimes whenever i touch it or it gets touched by cloth. My dick remains normal but left ball pains a lot and once started it remains for at least 15 to 20 mins. Basically pain is not on foreskin rather it is on ball. Could you please help me to know the reason for it and solution to recover from it. I am 28 year old unmarried guy.
