Hello, I Feel Pain On My Upper Right Abdomen .

I feel pain on my upper right abdomen . May be under the ribs. I work whole day and dont feel anything. It only hurts while I am lying. I have gastric problem and often take antacids . Recently i was fasting in Ramadan. After ramadan I felt a continuous dull pain in my stomach. I stopped taking all kind of soda, tea, coffee and take omiprazole 20 mg 12 hourly. My stomach pain is ok now but this pain on upper right abdomen while lying in specific position is bothering me.
