Hello. I Feel Something Swollen On The Left Side Of

Hello. I feel something swollen on the left side of my stomach and it is tender to the touch. Occasionally the pain will radiate towards the front, but not often. It's been persistent the last few days and I am getting a little worried. I am overweight and a diabetic, if that helps.
