Hello. I Feel Tightness Around The Bridge Of My Nose.

Hello. I feel tightness around the bridge of my nose. Some days it is not so bad and other days it is pretty bad. Some days it is over my right eyebrow and when it is there I have a tingling feeling in that area. Any ideas on what it could be? Thank you. Ed
