Hello I Fell And Hit My Head On A Marble

Hello I fell and hit my head on a marble floor. Thus a heamotima. I am fine. First scab on head came off but a small one is still there. Very lucky and very careful when showering an washing hair. Any advice on how to soften it or let it heal itself.. Thank you Lynnwatson1952@hotmail
