Hello, I Fell Last Night And I Automatically Put Both

Hello, I fell last night and I automatically put both arms to save myself especially since I had a knee replacement in December. I landed on both my hands, palms down. It's agony typing this and could not even manage to get into bed as I hurt both my wrists, the pain is near the base of my thumbs and it's continuously aching. It's so painful if I try to move it. I have no way of getting to accident and emergency and also don't want to waste their time if it turns out to be nothing. The knee I had the total replacement on also hurts but I just twisted that.
