I fell off a horse a number years ago. Had a huge hematoma on right buttock. that had to be drained several times. Periodically it has caused pain extending down my leg. Recently I have had terrible pain, sometimes unable to walk. There is a large hard mass where the hematoma was. Doc keeps looking at my spine but I feel it may be compartment syndrome. Who do I see about this?
