Hello, I Fell On My Arm And It Hurts Whenever

Hello, I fell on my arm and it hurts whenever I move it, there is no swelling. My elbow feels weird when I straighten out my arm, it feels tingly and painful. The pain travels throughout my arm when I move it, but it's mostly my elbow that hurts. Thank you
