Hello. I fell the other day into a bunch of gravel and concrete. It looks like a road rash type injury. I know that it is not specifically a burn from flame, and I would like to know if I can use Silver Sulfadiazine ? I have used it in the past when I was burned by fire. Will it do any good? Damage?
