Hello, I Finished My Period On Sunday May 1st Completely.

Hello, I finished my period on Sunday May 1st completely. On the night of May 2nd I had intercourse unprotected and the morning after. However, he never came close to finishing either time it was always no where close to me. However, I am experiencing severe abdominal pain a week later. I never missed a pill on my birth control, but I was only 2 pills into the new pack when this happened. Should I be concerned? Thank you
