Hello I Finished My Piriod On The 25th Two Days

Hello I finished my piriod on the 25th two days later I was spotting in the morning and right before bed and stopped right after until today the 4th when I had small spotting of brownish pink in colour only when I wiped followed by massive pelvic cramps. The entire time before my piriod during and after my boyfriend and I have been having sex
I'm 20 year old female who has had a kid 2 years ago and had my appendix removed around the same time
