Hello, I First Thought I Have A Heel Spur But

Hello, I first thought I have a heel spur but after sitting for a period of time my outside lower calf gets a painful cramp that prevents me from walking on it. My heel hurts and feels like I am stepping on glass. Is it possible for a heel spur cause the pain?
