Hello. I Found Out That I Had An Outside Hemorrhoid

Hello. I found out that i had an outside hemorrhoid in start of January. It hurt sometimes but I knew that it was a hemorrhoid because I could feel the lumb outside of anus. I started using Scheriproct about a week after and noticed only a couple of days later that the lumb and the pain went away.

On the package it says that I should use it for a week or two and then stop. however I stopped using it after a couple of days since everything seemed to go the right way.
A week or two after I noticed a slight ache and pain again. This time I could not feel any lumps and the pain was a lot more sporadic.
This brings us to a couple of days ago when I started using the salve again to prevent it from coming back. I have only used it once a day, but yesterday and today I started feeling a slight different feeling. It started hurting more on the right side of my buttocks and the pressure is a little worse.

Today I took a picture on my Anus so I can see if there is any difference in color, and now a good part of my Anus is purple. There is still no lump that hurts but I am so worries for what this is.

Is this a regular hemorrhoid?
Should I keep using the salve?
If it is a hemorrhoid, is it inside my Anus? (I have tried to put my finger inside to see if I can feel any lumps, but u can't feel any.)

Lastly, can this be a result from using the salve?

Please Doctor I am very troubled now. I'm only 22 years old male and I have been very cautious how I go to the bathroom and such. My diet is also pretty high on fiber
