Hello, I Fractured My Fibula About 3 Inches Above My

Hello, I fractured my fibula about 3 inches above my ankle. The fracture occurred about 4 weeks ago. I was given a walking boot from the start, but have only started weight bearing last week, around 25% of my weight. All has been well, but today, I have terrible cramping in my calf, and all around my ankle, even all the way up to my rear end. Is this normal, or have I re-injured something?
