Hello, I Get A Spasm Then Like A Cramp Under

Hello, I get a spasm then like a cramp under my right rib cage, I can't move for about a minute or two, then it settles down and relaxes? I get this about twice a month for the past six months, any ideas? It looks like a baseball knotted up when it hits.
