Hello, I Get Bad Headaches, Sometimes In The Morning And

Hello,

I get bad headaches, sometimes in the morning and often during the day. I feel dizzy during this time as well. After I eat, the symptoms usually lessen and gradually improve. I also have gluten intolerance as well as allergies to eating eggs and chicken. I did a blood test earlier this year but the blood sugar levels came out to be too low (not fasting). Could this be low blood sugar or hypoglycaemia?
