Hello I Got Into A Fight And Hit My Middle

I got into a fight and hit my middle finget knuckle hard against my opponentd face causing him some damage anyway the ligament across the top of the knuckle at the time was very painfully and moved and clicked it then swell i went to the doctors and the xray showed it was not broken however 3 weeks later now my knuckle is still swollen to much and painfull in some places i think theres alot pf excess fluid
