Hello I Got My Mirena IUD Inserted About A Month

Hello I got my Mirena IUD inserted about a month ago everything was going well until yesterday I felt my strings a little lower than usual but I thought it was fine because this happen to me before and the next day it would go back up but today I had unprotected sex and one of my strings is up there and the other string is lower maybe like an inch away from the opening of my vagina and I have felt for anything hard or plastic but so far I don't feel anything like that just my strings lower what should I do?
