Hello I Got My First Embryo Transfer On Day 13

Hello I got my first embryo transfer on day 13 march three were transferred with 4celll grade 1 and today negative beta HCG....but yesterday night it was positive by serum test in strip......so should I wait for some days or go for next cycle.........
