Hello I Got The Rod In My Are Two Years

Hello I got the rod in my are two years ago and got it removed last year in November . My doctor said it would be a little purple but will eventually go away will weeks later I noticed red marks that stared appearing which has now spreaders thought out my arm and to my breast and pudding clear liquid here and there do you know what this could be ?
