Is It Normal To Have A Heavy Period After A C-section, And What Medicine Should I Take For Irregular Bleeding?

Hello. I had CS opn last feb. 21, 2024. Got my first and heavy period on May 11, 2024, after taking hemostan it stopped it its 12th day. On June 3, 2024, got again my period in the first 3days it was not heavy, in my 4th day it was heavy. Is it normal? What should i do? What medicine should i take?
