Hello I Had A 1/3 Of My Kidney Removed 6

Hello I had a 1/3 of my kidney removed 6 weeks ago creative levels still high 150 GFR at 30 but low chlorine levels as well ultrasound shows kidney is hydrietate and still flowing some ursine. Dr sending me for a Doppler test but what does this mean to my kidney she shocked the kidney by clamping it due to blood loss.?
