Hello, I Had A CT Scan A Couple Days Ago

Hello, I had a CT scan a couple days ago for abdominal pain and some blood in my urine. They found that I had some gallstones and a couple of cysts on my kidneys. I have a consultation with a surgeon tomorrow for the gallbladder to removed. I also have a upcoming appointment wit a urologist for the cysts. My question is can gallstones cause blood in your seaman as well?
