Hello, I Had A D And C, Plus A Fibroid

Hello, I had a D and C, plus a fibroid removed laproscopically, one month ago. I had the normal bleeding with recovery, then no bleeding at all for about 5 days. Which was great after 3 months of bleeding everyday. So, in the last 5 days I have developed heavy bleeding with clumps of tissue as well. I thought it might slow down after a couple days but it is constant from the time I wake till bedtime. No pain. Any advice would be helpful. Should I be concerned?
