Hello, I Had A D&C On The 16th Of July

Hello,
I had a D&C on the 16th of July and i bled for 2weeks(stopped on 30th July), i had unprotected sexual intercourse and took postinor 2 as follows:
sex - 12th august 4pm, Postinor 2 - 11pm same day
sex - 13th August between 1.00/2.00am, Postinor 2 - 1pm same day
sex - 14th August 1.30 pm

NOTE; I dint take postinor 2 on the last day and on the days i took postinor2, i had both tablets at once.
I am yet to see my period which was already 4weeks after the D&C as at when i first had sex again.
right now i am having intermediate cramps and i have been bothered if i might get pregnant again as i couldn't tell if i was ovulating and dint take any form of contraceptive on the last day.
although, my fiance said he didnt ejaculate inside of me but that was the case the last time i took in JUly as i was ovulating and took postinor but still took in.

pls help me, im going out of my mind. could i be pregnant again?
