Hello, I Had A URI Recently Ad Was Given A

Hello,
I had a URI recently ad was given a 10 day course of Amox/Clauv. I finished that 10 days ago but coughing persisted. Over the last few days I have developed some left ear hearing loss much like when flying and ear needs to pop. Cough has improved but this new sx has me def concerned. I have no fever and cough is nearly gone. I do take 81 mg Asa daily. Hx HTN, high cholesterol, hypothyroid, multiple spine disc disease and fusion of C4-C7 for cord compression 4 years ago. Chronic issues with headaches, daily pain.
I take these meds:
Lorsartan Hctz 50mg / 12.5mg
Synthriod 112mcg
ECC Asa 81mg
Tramadol Er 100mg
Naproxen 500mg occasionally
Amitriptylline 25mg
Ambien 5 mg
Melatonin 3mg
Hydrocodone 10mg/Acetom 325mg 1/2 as needed a few ties a week.
Famotidine 20mg occasionally

Also a hx of benign Meningioma left temporal fossa with resection 2002. Follow up MRI's all OK. Last was 3 years ago. I did have some left ear hearing difficulties during work up. Thank you
