Hello I Had A Ball In On The Inside Of

Hello I had a ball in on the inside of my lip but it looked like it was filled with something it took maybe 3 weeks to go away, and now I have a hard ball in my lip in the same spot where I had the ball full of liquid and I can move it with my tounge or fingers. Can you guys please tell what this is ? I'm freaking out
