Hello, I Had A Bike Crash A Week Ago, Sprained

Hello, I had a bike crash a week ago, sprained wrist and slight sore rib mid height just below the breast. i felt a slight depression going across the rib and a sore bruise on the rib below. after 4 days i went cock climbing and the next day I started to notice a feeling like clicking at that location.

I have not got an x-ray cause I'm a visitor i USA from Canada.. I'm deciding if its serious and urgent and need to return to canada, or can attemp to get an xray in usa?

guess I just looking for some reasonable advice if the poss displaced bon
