Hello I Had A Blood Test To Check My Thyroid

I had a blood test to check my thyroid 2 weeks ago, however it started to itch shortly after.
I had to return for another blood test last week (did it on the other arm) I told the nurse who said I could have had a reaction to the tape applied after as the rash was not where the needle was injected but where the tape would have been.
It seems to have gotten worse now & still itches. There are little bumps that have appeared. Is this normal? Can you recommend any creams to apply if will help?
