Hello, I Had A Car Accident And Have A Few

Hello, I had a car accident and have a few issues, I have a reversed cervical curve, my atlas is off balance 4.95, a herniated & bulging disk in my neck & back. I received the report from a new MRI of my back and what does a severe impingement upon the bilateral lateral recesses, left greater than right? Also, a bilateral facet hypertrophy? I just want a clear understanding please. Thank you for your assistance
