Hello, I Had A Csection Two Years Ago In October,

Hello, I had a csection two years ago in October, but I frequently get pimple like bumps and black heads directly on top of my scar and mostly on each end. The often hurt.... A lot, and usually contain puss. I need to know if this is normal, or if it is cause for alarm. I bathe daily and use hypo allergenic soaps.
