Hello I Had A Deep Cut On My Hand In

Hello I had a deep cut on my hand in the In the fatty skin below the pinky that reached up into the center of my palm. It's healed nicely except for on the palm where it looks like a wart has grown out of it.It stays red and seems not to heal the size of a BB. I'm wondering if I can treat it as A wart and freeze it with liquid nitrogen
