Hello, I Had A Hydrocelectomy A Year And A Half

Hello, I had a hydrocelectomy a year and a half ago, and still have what looks like scar tissue behind my testicle. It's about the size of the testicle itself, and feels lumpy. Sometimes feels uncomfortable. Does this sound like it's in fact scar tissue? Or the skin folds from the hydrocele sewn together? Thanks in advance.
