Hello. I Had A Kenalog (sp?) Injection On 2 Small

Hello. I had a kenalog (sp?) injection on 2 small spots earlier. The spots are paler than the normal pigment of my face (it was on the face) and still a bit raised. How long does it usually take before it goes back to normal pigment and (I am guessing...) swelling from the injection goes down? I had it done 6 hours ago. Thanks so much! PS Should I rub the area or put ice on it? Silly questions maybe - but I was curious. I don't have any special events over the next few days- but did go back to work, etc (with make up on it- but you still see the paler "spots") Thanks!
