Hello, I Had A Medical Abortion About 3 Weeks Ago,

Hello, I had a medical abortion about 3 weeks ago, I regretfully had unprotected sex (not for long) about 2 weeks ago and yesterday I took a home pregnancy test and it had a very faint positive line. I went to a lab to get blood work but that came back negative. Do you think this is a new pregnancy??
