Hello, I had a medical abortion on April 2nd. I had unprotected sex April 10th as I had no idea there was a possibility of getting pregnant while I was still bleeding from the abortion. It is now May 6th and I am still experiencing some bleeding. There are some days that it is dark brown and other days where it is red. It is not consistently like a period, but seems to be more than spotting. I had a blood draw yesterday, got the results today and my beta levels are at 25 and I had a faint positive home pregnancy test. Would HcG levels still be present from the abortion? If I am pregnant again, is the bleeding normal?
