I had a medicated abortion a month ago, the bleeding continued for two weeks Two weeks I got my period. I started sprintec birth control about four days after my period. I immediately started spotting with minor clots within an hour of taking the first pill. I ma still taking it, but I am having stabbing sharp pain on my right pelvic are. It feels like it's from my ovaries. This is day four of being on the pill. Is it a side effect from the pill or something else.
