Hello, I Had A Miscarriage, And 2 Days After It

Hello, I had a miscarriage, and 2 days after it started I had an ultrasound scan which confirmed there was nothing in my uterus. But I was still bleeding. I was givem diacynone by doctor. Do you think its safe to take it? Then when would my cycle return to normal? Thanks
