Hello. I Had A Miscarriage Back In July On The

Hello. I had a miscarriage back in July on the 15th. I had a menstrual cycle August 28th through September 5th. I started spotting a week later, that lasted for 4 days but I had taken a progesterone based birth control pill for a month and stopped while i was on my period so I assumed the spotting was from that. I had another menstrual cycle October 2nd through the 8th. I spotted the 14th, 22nd and 23rd of the month. I had another menstrual cycle November 3rd through the 8th. I had spotting the 22nd, 23rd and 24th. December 4th through the 10th I did not have a typical cycle but brownish spotting, pink spotting and some light bright red spotting. On the 12th I started having nipple tenderness and more discharge/spotting that lasted until the 16th. The spotting started again on the 23rd and lasted until the 25th. I started another menstrual cycle the 10th of January and it lasted until the 16th. I started spotting again today, the 24th. Since I started my first period in August after my miscarriage, I have had spotting and cramping off and on the entire time. The crampy feelings have gotten worse over time. The pain got to the point where it hurt for me to do much physical activity. The pain feels like that of menstrual cramps but radiates up to my belly button, into my hips, my lower back, into my spine. I feel nauseas and shaky with the pain sometimes. I have a history of P.C.O.S. and these last few menstrual cycles have been on a more regular schedule than what I've ever had. I have not ever experienced what I am now. I have also had issues with chronic bacterial vaginosis and yeast infections. My mother had endometriosis and my cousin has had ovarian (I may be wrong on the specific type) cancer. P.C.O.S. runs in my family.
