Hello
I had a miscarriage last December 2018 and during the 12 weeks ultrasound scan I was told I had multiple Fibroids 1 submucosal at 7cm and multiple other on the outside of the uterus around 3cm. After the miscarriage I was referred to a Gynaecologist who suggested I do a hysteroscopy myomectomy to get rid of the larger fibroid, the submucosal one that may contributed to my miscarriage and could prevent future miscarriage should I get pregnant again. I had the operation June 2018 but since then I still don't have a period. I have never missed a period before, However, since July 2018 to date I have had all the symptoms of having a period swollen and painful breast , bloated , craving headaches , cramps etc., but no bleeding. I notice also that I have severe abdominal cramps on the supposed date when my period is due, the pain get so bad I passed out , It felt like something is trapped inside of me but cannot get out. I went back to hospital and had an ultrasound everything was normal. My period was due on the 28th of this month but still no bleeding again I felt this pressure in my lower abdomen excruciating pain, pain was so bad I broke out in cold sweat feeling nausea again, about to pass out so I lay on the floor until the feeling passed. I took some very strong pain killer which knock me out for at least 4 hours . Woke up with headache and abdominal cramp but still no bleeding. Please help am I am feeling stress out.
