Hello, I Had A Miscarriage Last Sunday Night. The Bleeding

Hello, I had a miscarriage last Sunday night. The bleeding and abdominal pains have gently eased over the last few days but instead I am suffering crippling back pain. At times I can barely walk, and I've had 2 nights of very broken sleep as there seems no way to be comfortable. I'm taking paracetamol and Ibuprofen regularly but they're not helping much. I haven't got a temperature and it's not hurting to urinate.
