I had a missed miscarriage at 13 weeks (twin pregnancy where they only measured 9 and 7 weeks). I had a D&C with no complications 5 weeks ago. My husband and I tried to conceive this cycle and I had signs of ovulation about two weeks ago. This morning I had a very faint second line positive pregnancy test. Could this be a new pregnancy or left over hormones from my last pregnancy?
