Hello. I Had A Myomectomy Approximately 4 Months Ago. I

Hello. I had a myomectomy approximately 4 months ago. I know my doctor advised me that I would have good days and bad days in reference to the pain. About a week and a half ago, I experienced high levels of pain in my lower left back which spread slightly to the area where I believe my ovary is. My boyfriend rubbed icy hot on the area and the next morning I was fine. Last night I had a similar situation except the pain started on the right side and spread across the pelvic/incision area. Some of the pain seemed to be related to gas. This was so painful that it was difficult to walk. This lasted for about 2 hours. I've had experiences with bad cramping due to my cycle, but I don't see any signs of my period. Also, it seems as though my entire cycle process that I have been used for for approximately 30 years has been thrown off due to this surgery. I can never tell now when I am getting my period. Is this all normal? Please advise. Thank you. Jennifer
