Hello. I Had A No-scalpel Vasectomy On Feb. 19, 2016.

Hello. I had a no-scalpel vasectomy on Feb. 19, 2016. Currently I am troubled due to the fact that one of the surgical site incisions has not yet healed. And I am just now noticing a bit of oozing and pus from the area. There is no sign, however, of testicle bruising and there is only the same dull soreness in the testicles that I've experienced since 2/19 (a little less, actually). Do I need to go to the ER?
