Hello I Had A Painfull Lower Right Jaw N Up

Hello I had a painfull lower right jaw n up around the ear n inner ear itching just terrrible . my doctor said nothing she could do . about week later a dark black chunk thingy with alot of hair in it fell out of my ear. my jaw n ear feltel better . the next day i woke up with bad sore throat n now im flemy n my voice is failing ?
