Hello, I Had A Pap Smear 3 Weeks Ago And

Hello, I had a pap smear 3 weeks ago and it revealed that i have the lowest level abnormal pre-cancerous cells present (thought to have originated from previous bacterial vaginosis infection) and a since treated yeast infection. Now I am experiencing thick brownish reddish discharge with no odor. I have minor cramping in my mid lower abdomen and experienced cramping with sexual intercourse.
