Hello I Had A Partial Hysterectomy On January 5th Where

Hello I had a partial Hysterectomy on January 5th where they removed my uterus, and a cyst off of 1 of my ovaries. My doctor found great Endometriosis. My doctor also advised me that everything was stuck together where she had the bladder doctor there because the fibroids was stuck to my bladder and bowel. They removed everything. I also had uterine fibroids which caused me to have 3 myomectomy prior to the partial hestorectomy on January 5th. On yesterday January 14th I started to feel heavy pressure during urination, passing gas and bowel movement. I don't recall getting any antibiotics after surgery or to take home. I will be calling my doctor tomorrow morning.
