Hello I Had A Positive Pregnancy Test At 14 Of

Hello I had a positive pregnancy test at 14 of july n aborted it on 17 of July but I didn't had proper bleeding after abortion. Then I had a transvaginal ultrasound n as result some clotts are there in uterus. after one month of 14 of august I didn't have menstrual cycle n checked my pregnancy n it is positive then I again had an ultrasound and do sonologist said there is no symptoms of pregnancy what it is??? Plzz tell me
